You may return any product to us within 7 days of the invoice date, provided it is still sealed and in original condition. Once we have received the product you will be contacted to provide your banking details for the refund of the product only. Courier fees that were paid when purchasing the product will not be refunded.
The product will have to be sent back to us at your own cost, or we can arrange to have the product collected at a R200 shipping fee if in a Major Centre or R300 if in an Outlying Area. The collection cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
