Once Off Training Programs are done in PDF format with YouTube video links to various exercises on how to do them correctly.
App based Training Programs/Coaching is done through my Trainerize mobile smart phone app, where you are able to track/follow your workouts, log weights/reps/body stats/nutrition, see your progress, check in with me and communicate with me directly through messaging. The app includes video clips on how to do all exercises on your plan correctly and with correct technique.
This offers a more personalised experience and allows me to fully track what you are doing and to guide you even better like I was there with you. The Trainerize Dream Physiques app is available on Android and Apple IOS. I will send you an invite via email to download it once you have signed up with me.

A once off customised meal plan tailored to your specific goals, whether it's weight loss (fat loss), weight gain (muscle), sports performance, recovery, or health enhancement. Or a mix of these objectives. Your meal plan will be structured around a specific calorie intake and macronutrient distribution. It will include various options to keep your meals interesting. Your plan will detail the weights and portion sizes of all your food items. You will be required to weigh your portions. The duration of your plan will be 12 weeks.

12 WEEK BODY TRANSFORMATION
