ONCE OFF CUSTOMISED MEAL PLAN

A once off customised meal plan tailored to your specific goals, whether it's weight loss (fat loss), weight gain (muscle), sports performance, recovery, or health enhancement. Or a mix of these objectives. Your meal plan will be structured around a specific calorie intake and macronutrient distribution. It will include various options to keep your meals interesting. Your plan will detail the weights and portion sizes of all your food items. You will be required to weigh your portions. The duration of your plan will be 12 weeks.

HOME/GYM TRAINING PROGRAM (PDF/APP FORMAT)

I will design a personalized training program for you, which will be in a PDF format or through my Smartphone training app, enabling you to train at home or in the gym. The program will be specifically tailored to the equipment and facilities you have available. Should you have no equipment, I will create a bodyweight program for you. The program's duration will be influenced by your current fitness level and experience.
