My background spans over 25+ years in personal training, nutrition coaching, physique development, and athletic performance.

Over that time, I’ve worked with clients ranging from complete beginners to competitive athletes and professional fighters helping them build strength, structure, and long-term physical development.

My background includes:

  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Instruction
  • PCA Bodybuilding & Fitness Judge (awarded Best Judge twice)

COMPETITIVE EXPERIENCE

I also have experience in competitive bodybuilding environments, where conditioning, structure, and presentation are judged at a high level.

This has given me a deeper understanding of physique development beyond standard coaching.
